UPDATE: Due to Covid-19 we extend the time for returns so you can stay at home when needed. This applies as long as the situation demands it. Customers can hand in their parcels to their drop-of location whenever possible.
To ensure our valued customers have flexibility while they shop during the holidays, we will be allowing returns until Jan 10, 2022 on products purchased from our website between Nov 10, 2021, and December 10, 2021. *Excludes sale-priced products as those are final sales.
Please note that, as per Canada Post's guidelines, orders that are placed after December 09, 2021, using standard (non-expedited) shipping may arrive after Christmas.

At this time, all orders are shipped via Canada Post ground.
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, you will normally receive it in 3-5 working days.

You can cancel your order and return products within 30 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. At this time we are unable to offer free returns. To return an item, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. The refund will be processed within 3-5 days after we receive the returned item.
Claims & faulty items
If there’s a problem with your item, please get in touch with us within a reasonable time frame. Please note that we cover items which are inherently faulty but not faults which arise as a result of natural/expected wear & tear.
